    Recurrence and Metastasis

"I went years as I said, at times, without having the cancer and even though I have had three or four metastases I don’t feel that it’s a chronic disease. I don’t feel that I should look at my disease as being incurable or looking at it as being a death sentence. I look at the possibility that the Lord will heal me and that ten years from now I will see my daughter graduate or be in college. I am very encouraged that I have this illness because its brought me closer to God and with this I’m strengthened each and every time that I am diagnosed."
