What can I do to prevent recurrence of breast cancer?

There is no absolutely sure way to prevent recurrence of breast cancer. You can stop smoking, loose extra pounds, add exercise to your life, eat less fat, more vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, avoid stress, join a support group. All of these changed behaviors will make you feel a lot better and probably make you happier, but they do not guarantee that you will never again develop breast cancer. Lead as healthy a life as you can, keep a calm mind, and enjoy your life.
